DIGINOAIR · Mission · Story
Helping you prepare for life in Korea with confidence.
DIGINOAIR was founded by a German–Korean team who experienced the challenges of building a life in Korea firsthand.
We turn that experience into practical self-guided resources and, where included in the selected package, clearly defined personalised remote decision support.

Our mission
Moving to Korea should feel exciting—not overwhelming.
Our mission is to make preparation clearer through practical information, transparent package scopes and defined levels of support.
Instead of comparing endless blogs, platforms and translated information, customers receive a structured starting point for the decisions that shape their stay.
Essential customers work independently with the self-guided Library. Explorer customers receive human review within one clearly defined Priority Decision process.

Our story
Built from experience, not from guidebooks.
DIGINOAIR was founded by a couple—she is German, he is Korean.
Our co-founder Melissa left her career in Germany and started a new chapter in Seoul. Like many newcomers, she had to navigate an unfamiliar language, different systems, paperwork and the everyday uncertainty of building a life in another country.
While working in a café in Seoul, she saw international visitors struggling with the same questions: where to live, which information to trust and how everyday systems actually work.
“What if moving to Korea did not have to feel this complicated?”
That question became the beginning of DIGINOAIR: a Korea setup guidance service created by people who have already made the journey.
Why DIGINOAIR
Local context with an international perspective.
We understand what feels unclear to international customers—and how everyday life in Korea actually works.
Two perspectives
International customer needs combined with direct Korean knowledge and cultural context.
Practical information
Clear resources focused on preparation, decisions, next steps and everyday use.
Human review
Explorer materials are reviewed by a person within the package’s clearly defined process.
Clear expectations
Transparent prices, explicit boundaries and honest communication before purchase.
What we believe
Principles that shape every package.
Useful guidance starts with clarity about what a product does—and what it does not do.
Relevant over generic
Self-guided information should be practical, while personalised work should reflect the confirmed case.
Work and everyday life
A successful stay depends on both a functional setup and a routine that works for you.
Clarity and transparency
Fixed package prices, understandable reasoning and no hidden concierge promises.
Respect for local life
Korea is more than a destination. We value its neighbourhoods, culture and local context.
Our long-term vision
Building a trusted partner network for everyday life in Korea.
Our long-term vision is to connect DIGINOAIR guidance with a carefully developed network of independent partners across housing, connectivity, mobility and daily setup.
These partner-delivered services are planned for future phases. They are not included in today’s Essential or Explorer packages unless a product page or written offer expressly identifies a specific service as currently available and included.
Planned partner network—not currently available for bookingHousing
Potential future connections to independent accommodation and real-estate partners.
PlannedConnectivity
Potential partner options for SIM, eSIM and selected connectivity setup needs.
PlannedMobility

PlannedDaily setup

PlannedFuture availability depends on customer demand, partner readiness, location coverage and the final written scope. Third-party costs remain separate from DIGINOAIR’s service fee unless expressly stated otherwise.
