Terms & Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the consulting, coordination and support services provided by DIGINOAIR in connection with remote living and location-independent working.

1. Scope

(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between DIGINOAIR (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Provider’) and its customers (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Customer’) for consulting, planning and coordination services in connection with remote living and location-independent working.

(2) DIGINOAIR provides its services internationally and completely remotely.

(3) Any deviating terms and conditions of the Customer shall not apply unless the Provider has expressly agreed to them in writing.

2. Scope of services

(1) DIGINOAIR exclusively provides consulting, information, planning and coordination services in connection with remote living and location-independent working. These include, among other things:

  • Individual consulting and needs assessment
  • Guidelines on locations, lifestyle and remote working
  • Recommendations on cities, neighbourhoods and living environments
  • Information on types of accommodation and working environments
  • Recommendations on co-working spaces, cafés and services
  • Organisational guidance on local apps, SIM/eSIM and everyday life
  • Coordination-related support within the scope of the booked packages

(2) Services are provided exclusively remotely, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

(3) DIGINOAIR is not a tour operator, broker, agent or intermediary within the meaning of applicable travel or agency law.

(4) DIGINOAIR does not arrange accommodation, flights, insurance or other services in the legal sense and does not conclude any contracts on behalf of the customer.

(5) All bookings, contracts, registrations and payments are made exclusively directly between the customer and the respective third-party providers.

(6) Recommendations and information are provided for guidance and decision-making support only.

3. Support period according to package

The scope and period of support depends on the service package booked.

Essential package

  • Provision of a structured recommendation document
  • One clarification round after delivery
  • No ongoing 1:1 support or coordination

Explorer package

  • Support via email or structured message communication
  • Remote coordination within the agreed scope of services
  • Support period of 30 days from the agreed project start date

Signature Package

  • Prioritised communication
  • Up to three scheduled video calls
  • Coordination-related support during the onboarding phase
  • Support period of up to 90 days from the project start date

All support services are provided remotely only.

4. No legal, tax or visa advice

DIGINOAIR does not offer any legal, tax, immigration, insurance or medical advice. In particular, no information provided by DIGINOAIR replaces advice from:

  • a licensed solicitor
  • a tax advisor
  • an immigration or government authority

This applies to information about Korea as well as other countries.

5. Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded when:

  • the customer accepts an offer in writing or
  • the agreed fee is paid.

6. Fees and terms of payment

(1) Remuneration shall be based on the respective offer or the current price list.

(2) Unless otherwise agreed, the following shall apply:

  • 100% advance payment
  • Commencement of service provision after receipt of payment

(3) Prices are in euros, unless otherwise stated.

7. Customer’s obligations to cooperate

(1) The customer undertakes to provide all information necessary for the provision of services in a complete and truthful manner.

(2) Delays or additional expenses due to incomplete or incorrect information shall be borne by the customer.

8. Cancellation and withdrawal

(1) Due to the individual nature of the consulting and preparation services, services already rendered are generally non-refundable.

(2) If an order is cancelled before the start of service provision, DIGINOAIR may demand reasonable compensation for expenses incurred.

(3) Once service provision has commenced, refunds are generally excluded.

9. Liability

(1) DIGINOAIR shall only be liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence.

(2) DIGINOAIR accepts no liability for decisions, bookings or contracts made by the customer on the basis of the information provided.

(3) DIGINOAIR shall not be liable for the services, availability or actions of third-party providers.

(4) DIGINOAIR is not liable for personal, financial or legal consequences resulting from the use of the information provided.

10. Intellectual property and rights of use

All materials, guides, documents and content provided are protected by copyright. Use is permitted exclusively for the customer’s personal, non-transferable purposes. Any disclosure, publication or commercial use is not permitted without the express consent of DIGINOAIR.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to treat all confidential information received in the course of their cooperation as confidential, even after the termination of the contract.

12. Data protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the GDPR. Further information can be found in DIGINOAIR’s privacy policy.

13. Force majeure

DIGINOAIR is not liable for delays or performance disruptions caused by events of force majeure.

14. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent permitted by law – the registered office of the provider.

15. Severability clause

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
