How Explorer works

Explorer follows a structured 14-day remote guidance process focused on one confirmed Priority Decision.

1. Case Confirmation

After checkout, complete your Explorer Setup Profile with the information required for your intended stay and selected Priority Decision.

We review your submission and confirm when your case is complete, which Priority Decision is covered and when your 14-day Explorer process begins.

2. Initial Explorer Pack

We prepare your personalised Initial Explorer Pack based on the confirmed information and defined scope.

The pack outlines the relevant considerations, your Guided Verification Track and practical next steps. We aim to complete the initial review within two business days after Case Confirmation.

3. Guided Verification

You follow the defined verification track and contact relevant providers directly to obtain the required information.

You may submit up to three actual responses obtained by you for review.

4. Review and clarification

DIGINOAIR reviews the submitted responses within the confirmed scope. You may also submit up to three clarification questions relating directly to your Explorer process.

5. Route Update

You receive one final Route Update reflecting the relevant responses and clarifications reviewed during the process.

The Route Update supports your next step, but the final decision remains entirely yours.

The two-business-day initial review time is a service target that begins once Case Confirmation has been issued. It is not a guaranteed delivery deadline. Delays may occur if submitted information is incomplete or further clarification is required.

Explorer provides defined remote reviews, personalised recommendations and decision support for one confirmed Priority Decision.

DIGINOAIR does not contact or coordinate providers, make bookings, submit applications, negotiate terms, inspect properties or handle contracts or payments on your behalf.

Reviews are based exclusively on the information submitted by you. They do not constitute independent verification, a physical inspection, legal review or a guarantee concerning a property, service, provider, price, availability or outcome.

You remain responsible for contacting providers and for all final decisions, bookings, applications, communication, payments and contracts.
